You must be acting on your own accord and not as an agent or representative of anyone else. If Buyer4Gold feels the need to request documentation or proof of ownership they withhold the right to request such documentation failure to comply may result in delays in processing you order. By mailing your items to Buyer4Gold you agree to all the terms set forth on this website.

Verbal Offers / Quick Cash Options

Anyone selling their unwanted Gold, Platinum and or Silver to Buyer4Gold can request an E-Mail and or telephone quote for the amount Buyer4Gold is willing to pay for their items. Once their items have been processed and their worth determined at our facility. Buyers4Gold will contact the seller with a quote. Buyer4Gold withholds the right to record any and all payment quotes. If the verbal or written quote is accepted by the customer payment will be issued within twenty four (24) hours and the ten (10) day holding period for the satisfaction guaranty will no longer apply to that transaction.

Return Insurance Liabilities

If the customer requests an item to be returned to them, Buyer4Gold will only insure the items for the amount that Buyer4Gold has offered to pay for the items. If the customer wants more insurance then what Buyer4Gold is offering it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of the extra insurance. The customer must inform Buyer4Gold of their desire for the extra insurance by fax or e-mail before Buyer4Gold returns the shipment. It is at the discretion of Buyer4Gold to pick the return carrier, insurance and verification of receipt for every transaction.

Limitation of Liability

Buyer4Golds liability for any and all transactions to anyone who has a legal right to speak for the customer, including and not limited to, the customer, customers successors, insurance carriers, assigns, and or any other person or persons asserting a claim relating to the customers transaction with Buyer4Gold.com. Buyer4Gold shall not be liable for any damages for any reason to said property while its in their possession. By the customer sending in his or her unwanted Gold, Silver and or Platinum he or she claims to be the legal owner of said property and waives any rights for future claims by themselves or anyone acting on his or her behalf.

Buyer4Gold will not be held liable to anyone for any reason for damages of any kind. By sending your unwanted Gold, Silver and or Platinum to Buyer4Gold you as the customer accept the terms of this Limitation of Liabilities agreement.

If you believe your Gold, Silver and or Platinum to be worth more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), we suggest you insure your shipment for the amount over one hundred dollars threw a carrier of your choosing and your own expense. It is also recommended that you enclose a list of the contents of your Gold Package on the brochure that will come with your package and return it to us. Please make a photocopy of the list and keep it for your own records.

Buyer4Golds liability will never for any reason exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

Guarantee Against Loss

Buyer4Gold will only guaranty against loss for property properly shipped, in the original package sent by Buyer4Gold, in accordance with the instructions and procedures put forth by Buyer4Gold and subject to any and all terms put form on Buyer4Gold.com

Buyer4Golds liability will be limited to one-third (1/3) of the total value of the contents of the package or one hundred dollars ($100.00) whichever is less.

This guarantee against loss only applies to merchandise that was properly shipped and packaged in the preapproved Buyer4Gold package that we supplied.

Buyer4Gold reserves the right to reject any package that appears to have been tampered with, opened and or damaged. All said packages will be immediately returned to the customer. Buyer4Gold shall carry no liability to any customer for damaged deliveries and return of any such items.
